A mid 19th century brass bound coromandel decanter box, the top opening to reveal a purple velvet interior with four glasses fitted to the inside of the lid, the front of the box opens to show four cut glass decanters each with a pouring spout, under the decanters is a compartment for an engraved gilt metal drinks tray. Inside the box is an engraved brass plaque with the retailsers details, Benetfink & Co, Cheapside, London.
