A mid 19th century brass bound coromandel ladies dressing case by Lund, Cornhill & Fleet Street, London, the central brass plaque engraved Mrs C A Powell, the top opening to reveal a blue leather and velvet interior containing eight silver topped bottles surrounding a velvet pad with various mother of pearl and stainless steel tools, to the base of the box is a drawer with compartments for jewellry and inside the lid is a drop down section for papers and a removable dressing mirror.
