As normal it seems, it has been another busy week with the antiques business.
Losing a day to the Easter break didn’t help.
Lots of enquiries and sales with trips to the Post Office and shippers.
Catching up with photographing new stock, with more to come. Although, I must say here that I apologise for the quality of the photographs of the glassware. This is one subject that I find very difficult to photograph and takes a disproportionate amount of my time. I have been doing some research and hope to get better at this, especially as I have a great selection of Art Deco glass to add to the site.
In the latest Weekender I have included some lovely pieces of antique sculpture, a good Arts & Crafts clock and a great selection of Val Saint Lambert glass, especially for those of you that have bars, with cocktail shakers, ice buckets and champagne buckets.
If you go over to the photography website, you will see I have also added some more photobooks. I am looking forward to having some time to read these before they sell as I have a great selection available now.
Next week looks like it also going to be busy, with a number of trips to the Post Office already pencilled in and probably another trip to the shippers. But I’m not complaining as this means I am still busy selling.
